Homeowners some times require a far higher quality new surface, this is where the Superior or Premium topcoats are used. One of the most important aspecs of a superior refinishing is the preparation of the old surface prior to the new surface being applied. We can use a specially formulated deep prepping method, superior topcoats and bonding agents with higher quality technicians at prices no more than apartment companies.
